Leaders will be able to take part in leader training, excursions, leaders’ cafe and a leaders’ conference with an engaging and relevant theme.

We are planning a “Trekløver-Gilwell” (Wood Badge) meeting at Nord 2017, organized by Komité speiding (the Norwegian Scouting Committee). A specific time has not been set yet, but more details will come closer to the camp.

The popular offer of leader care from Stavanger 2013 will be continued at Nord, and leader’s children will also get to experience nice and fun activities. For children of leaders, we are planning activities for different age groups down to about 4 years. This offer will be tied to the camp’s other activities.

The Jamboree is right around the corner! Many are wondering what sorts of activities there are, and how to sign up. That is where the leader program comes in. The leader program is a diverse and complete offer for you as a leader. Our concept is fourfold. Leaders can participate in courses, go on excursions, do a little pastime and enjoy good lectures. As most of the lectures and courses will be held in Norwegian, these will not be relevant for English speaking scouts.

The leader tavern will be situated at the Main Square and will be a place where you can sit down and have a breather. As well as being a place to relax, there will be held activities such as quiz and knitting nights.

The leader program office will be open all day and night, and will assist you with registering and provide tourist information. We want to meet as many as we can, so don’t be afraid to stop by!

We have made five different activity tags related to the different activities.

To register for any of the activities stop by the camp office. This is important in order to organize all the activities.

There will be a notice board in front of the camp office, so you can be inspired to try something you didn’t know you wanted to do.

All transactions will be done with the participant’s bracelet. However, cafes and attractions in Bodø city are an exclusion (see the notice at the camp office).

We hope you are as excited as us!
